• All quotes and estimates provided are based on the scope of work discussed during the initial consultation. Any changes to the project scope may result in additional charges.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.

3. Payments and Billing

• A deposit may be required before work commences. The final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may incur additional fees, and failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in work stoppage or legal action.

4. Changes to Work

• We reserve the right to adjust project schedules due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, material shortages, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Cancellation Policy

• We may use subcontractors to complete specific portions of the work. All subcontractors are subject to the same quality standards and oversight as our direct employees.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks used on our website or marketing materials are the property of Ludamia Florida Construction LLC. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Deltona, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms
